Store FAQ

When will I receive my purchase?
Automatically, as soon as Tebex confirms your payment — usually within a few minutes. Your DP balance and Battle Pass status are shown in the account menu at the top of this site and in the launcher.
How do I claim my Battle Pass rewards?
Log in to the 4Dragons launcher, open the Battle Pass tab and press Redeem next to each unlocked day. The item arrives in your in-game cash inventory, which holds up to 10 unclaimed items — make room there if a reward will not redeem.
I missed a Battle Pass day — is the reward lost?
No. Every day that has already unlocked stays redeemable, so you can claim missed rewards later.
Which payment methods can I use?
Checkout is handled by Tebex, a secure payment provider for game servers. The available methods are shown on the checkout page.
Can I get a refund?
DP and the Battle Pass are digital goods and are non-refundable once delivered. Chargebacks lead to a permanent ban. See the Terms and Conditions.
Does my DP survive a server wipe?
Yes. DP stays on your account through wipes unless stated otherwise, as set out in section 5.2 of the Terms.
