5. Dragon Points (DP) & Perks

DP may be used to obtain in-game cosmetic or convenience perks as listed on our website. Perks are subject to change, balancing, and availability. They do not represent a purchase of real-world goods or services.

We may update, rebalance, or retire perks to maintain fair gameplay and server performance. Such changes do not entitle users to refunds or compensation.

5.2 Server Wipes, Resets, and Progression Loss

4Dragons Online may periodically undergo server wipes, resets, or progression resets as part of normal operation, balancing, testing, or long-term game health.

A server wipe may reset characters, inventories, levels, or other in-game progression. Such resets are not considered service termination, closure, or revocation of access.

Dragon Points (DP) acquired before a wipe will remain associated with the user’s account after the wipe, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Users acknowledge and accept that progression loss due to wipes does not entitle them to refunds, chargebacks, or compensation.
